When ordering, our shopping cart will provide an option to pick your desired shipping service. At this time we offer shipping from our distribution centers located in Texas and California via the United States Postal Service. Available shipping options include First Class Mail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), and Express Mail (overnight). Please Contact Us via email as soon as possible should you require overnight shipping as pickup times and transit times vary by the location to which the order will be shipped. Some orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
We will make every effort to ship orders the same day payment is received. The vast majority of orders are shipped the same day, though there are occasional delays caused by the sudden popularity of a particular item or other factors outside of our direct control. If an item is found to be out of stock, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to make you aware of this. Customers whose orders are backordered will be given the option to receive two separate shipments - the first shipment including any items not backordered, and the second shipment with the backordered item. We will, as a courtesy, pick up the cost of shipping the backordered item.
All items are packed tightly and sent in a USPS Priority/Express Mail Box or in a heavy duty padded envelope to protect your order.
International shipping is available as well at an additional rate, which will be shown when the country to which the item is shipped is selected via our ordering system. We may, at our discrection, require additional funds if the shipping rate calculated by our ordering system does not meet the actual cost of shipping your order to you. Please know that we are unable to declare commercial items as "Gifts", nor are we able to inaccurately list the cost of an item on customs forms. SBFlashlights cannot be held liable for any items dutied or refused by a foreign customs service.
Your order may be returned to us within 30 days for replacement or refund. Any returned item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, which will be deducted from the refund. We will cover the shipping expenses on any replacement items sent back to you from our warehouse. Costs incurred to return the original item will be paid for by the customer unless the return was caused by an error on our end (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.)
Please contact us to request an RMA number before sending any items back to our warehouse. We highly recommend the use of a trackable service (USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS, FedEx) to prevent issues caused by packages that are lost in transit.
